Expediting Your Documents

Due to the extremely overwhelming response to our recent advertisements, appointments at our Nassau County location may now take several weeks to schedule. Our office in Manhattan still has immediate evening and weekend office hours available.

However, in response to a significant number of requests of clients who are unable or just do not have the available time to come in for an appointment, we are now able to take all the necessary information over the phone and either mail, fax or even e-mail you the documents for signature.

The process is very simple. Contact our office and provide our staff with the necessary information. Our Licensed Attorney will then create the documents and send to you for signing. Only the Power of Attorney Document requires notarization which can be done at any bank. The Health Care Proxy, Living Will and the DNR Order only require the signatures of two witnesses who are not named in either document. We even include a Return Postage Pre-Paid Mailer if you would like our office to maintain custody of your original documents and in-turn, provide you with copies including a wallet sized version.

Our clients have found that one of the main reasons for not "getting around" to fulfilling this very important process is their lack of time. By avoiding the actual office visit, they can quickly and easily have everything done and finally get some peace of mind.
